This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer success leadership experience and help customers success agents achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Own a customer success agents
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Main driver of telesales turnovers
  • Achieve the company goals and strategy
  • Monitor/generate routine reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • +5 years Experience in customer success
  • +3 years Experience in a leadership position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
