• Responsible for IT leadership
• To design and implement information systems that optimize organizational efficiency, ensuring stable operation and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
• As a trusted technology advisor to executive management and the Board
• ​To lead the thought process in the use of technology in transforming the lives of client
• Strategy Development and Implementation
• Management of the IT Function
• Performance Management & Capacity Building
• Technology Risk Management

Knowledge and EXperience

• Bachelor’s Degree , Master’s Degree is added advantage
• At least ten (10) years’ work experience in management of IT within a financial institution
• At least five (5) years managing core banking
